The Beatles - In My Life

Some time ago, I thought that I would do a Beatles Comic Series. It would be such a pleasure for me. I wanted it to tell their story, perhaps in a different way, like, maybe my take on things, but I've not completely sorted that out yet.

And as I thought more and more about this, it's gotten to become somewhat of a personal project. I chose to call it "In My Life" because that particular song means something very special to me, because we used to play it when I was a kid, and it brings back memories of when we went to Hawaii for my grandfather's funeral. I don't mean to get all serious on you. Don't worry, you don't have to apologize for my grandfather, that was a long time ago. The Beatles music has always been a wholehearted beautiful way to express emotion, and some of my favorite music in the world.

A comic series is something I really wanted to do anyway, to challenge myself with the constant chapters, and storytelling aspect of a comic. (It seems stinking fun too! I love comics!) Also, the mere emotion is something that really endears me. And, what a story to tell, am I right?? I'm definitely going to be putting a lot of myself in this comic series, heads up. I will admit, half of it will probably be just for comic's sake, but my main goal is to remain true to the real story of The Beatles.

And, WOW, I honestly didn't mean to get into it that far. Haha! Don't worry guys, this is gonna be fun.

You guys freaking ROCK, I just thought you should know that. I hope that I will have time to do a page on a regular basis. So far, all I can give you is this Cover.
