This is my belated Christmas gift for ~katygurl or better known as Kathy! 
She asked for a Mungo and Teazer drawing from me, and I was very glad to make one for her.
The title's funky because "A Notorious Couple of Cats" seemed to be a very popular title for Mungo and Teazer drawings... hehe. I didn't know where else to turn, so I used some random lyrics.
They's locking arms!! Wow! lol. Enjoy!
In my heart, Christmas Day may be over, but Christmas Time is not over, so Merry Christmas!!!
And a Happy New Year!!
